Spaghetti squash is so cool. You just boil it for a bit, take it out of the water and let it cool, and strings of the stuff come out super-easy with a fork.
The recipe we made, was cheap and tasty, and it made a ton of food. Hah, we're set for several days.

Spaghetti squash can be pretty huge. The only pot in our house big enough to cook the dang thing, was Jarrod's pressure cooker--and it's meant for canning!!
The recipe we made involved making a marinara sauce with mushrooms, mixing it with the spaghetti squash, and putting it in already-baked acorn squash. Very tasty, definitely very squashy!
Ugh!
