Why yes, yes I did. *lol*

It's addictive, but I suck at it. I seriously got to the level that's 1.5 meters, played it until I was incredibly frustrated, and then settled for playing two-player and watching other people roll up giant squids.

I love the sound people make. I never thought I'd laugh so much at the sound of people screaming.

Is it just me, or is the Royal Crotch sorta disturbing? *ahem* Anyway.

What's amusing to me: I was searching for the Knowne World Handbook, which is an old SCA bible type of thing, and instead ran into some people's books about the SCA....and that was listed as "people who bought this book also bought..." on amazon.com.

Hi'a April,

Sorry it's taken me so long to comment on this entry, senior year is a the worst I've decided-- anyway!

OMG! I've seen this book before on http://www.an-saxim.com but I didn't know it was on Amazon, I think it's cheaper there too. Oh my gosh, oh my gosh thank-you for posting this my friend! I think I will do my thesis for humanities on the Anglo-Saxon, becuase I really think I could learn a lot more about them, and it would be killing two birds with one stone (so to speak) because I could learn about the Saxons for my own interest/SCA and do the project for my class at the same time! At any rate I was hoping to within the next couple of weeks to enmass as many Anglo-Saxon books as I can. As long as coinage allows, this one will be one of them hopefully!!

Thanks again April! That was an awesome find on Amazon!

If you're buying the books, at some point I'd like to poke through them--or just take a shortcut and read your thesis *lol*

We need to find a day/time, probably once you have the book, to go through and decide on garb and make a trip to Jo-Ann's (or Mill Ends) and whatnot. I'm not the best seamstress, but if I'm working on stuff at the same time as someone else I tend to not get as bored. :-)

Oh also! I thought you might like this too-- I hope it was the one you mentioned before though. I found this one on the SCA webiste. Where I think you can also find the Known World Handbook for about $20? I saw it there once I'm sure. Here is the url to this other book.
