(no subject)

The kitchen looks like a tornado hit it. So of course, Bert (the landlord) comes home. *headslap*

And I'm not sure I'll have time to clean it much before the party. I'm running around like the proverbial chicken, let me tell you. Aaaaagh!!

It doesn't help that I had to run to New Seasons again to get apple butter. After I'd already gone to People's for some other stuff, including vanilla.

So of course I'm depending on other people for my ride. Oy!!

I'm currently waiting for apple cider to reach lukewarm in the freezer so that I can mix it into the batter.

Then they have to bake. Then I'm going to try to clean a little and get ready, and then hopefully the cupcakes will be cool enough to frost, and I can get it done before running out the door.

List of things I'm bringing: ingredients for Lemon Drops, Kettle salt and pepper chips, onion dip, 12 cupcakes each of pumpkin with chocolate chips, and apple cider. Yikes!!

So many other things I want to post about!! No time!!

I'm still rather drunk. Doug and 5minutelimit drove me home, which was awesome--I talked to her about chorus stuff all the way back.

I actually got there an hour and a half late--between taking forever to finish the cupcakes and then getting most of the way there and realizing I'd forgotten my wings for my costume.

I had a fantastic time though. The costumes were tons of fun, although I didn't get very many pictures. frostnoris did though, and I can't wait to see them. Perhaps a new icon? My default icon is from March! The one for this post seems far more appropriate at the moment.

I wonder if I still have a mark from dragon_mintz's crop. I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

Wooo!! Time for bed. Oh yeah, I have a new bite guard. I suppose I should attempt to wear it.
