aprilstarchildThe kitchen looks like a tornado hit it. So of course, Bert (the landlord) comes home. *headslap*
And I'm not sure I'll have time to clean it much before the party. I'm running around like the proverbial chicken, let me tell you. Aaaaagh!!
It doesn't help that I had to run to New Seasons again to get apple butter. After I'd already gone to People's for some other stuff, including vanilla.
So of course I'm depending on other people for my ride. Oy!!
I'm currently waiting for apple cider to reach lukewarm in the freezer so that I can mix it into the batter.
Then they have to bake. Then I'm going to try to clean a little and get ready, and then hopefully the cupcakes will be cool enough to frost, and I can get it done before running out the door.
List of things I'm bringing: ingredients for Lemon Drops, Kettle salt and pepper chips, onion dip, 12 cupcakes each of pumpkin with chocolate chips, and apple cider. Yikes!!
So many other things I want to post about!! No time!!
