Dec. 25th, 2005 12:20 amMy Christmas Eve present was a new cell phone. I'm on the contract for two years, as well; and my dad said that was part of the gift. That's so awesome.
It has a camera in it. Bwa ha ha ha ha....
In theory we're going to clean house. Um, I'm starting to doubt it. I think I'm going to bed soon.
As a side note: I did indeed wrap everyone's presents in cut up paper bags that I stamped. It's harder to cut a stamp out of a potato than I thought. It was recognizable as a star, though; and looks really nifty. Brown paper bags are hard to tape up, especially since it's way stiffer than wrapping paper. But I feel good about it--they look really nifty, and I'm reusing the paper before it gets recycled. The ink pad was one from work they were going to throw out. I'm the environmentalist Martha Stewart. Except without the jail time.
I only wrapped the gifts for the people I'm seeing tomorrow. The rest can wait. I'll have to make another potato stamp.
It's hard to wrap spherical things.
