So I won the Oregon Health Plan lottery, yeah? I get a big packet of forms in the mail. But one paper says, if you get any other benefits, don't fill these out, call us first! So I call them up at the DHS. I get a caseworker who says, "Just fill out all the paperwork." Then....why does it say not to, the form says specifically that you guys have most of this info already since I'm on food stamps? He didn't give me a straight answer.

GRRRR!

Thankfully I can do it online. But...it's so stupid. Seriously. They already have most of that info. Matter of fact, they're better connected than unemployment is, because when I applied for food stamps, I didn't have to provide proof of income...because they could see how much I was getting in unemployment on the computer system.

*sigh*
