Because it took me so long to restart my claim (I thought I needed some info that I didn't, I could have had this done last week, dammit) I have to call the unemployment office and to make a claim a week back--you can only claim the most recent week online.

AND I forgot about the waiting week. Fuckity.

In other news, making progress on the laundry backlog. My non-wool delicates load consists of biking technical gear (like padded shorts and a couple jerseys) and frilly dresses. That kinda sums up my life in a way.

If you can absolutely commit to it now - I'd give you $100 in advance to watch our cats and bring in our mail from Friday July 10 to Saturday July 18th. You'd only need to come in once a day, refill food and water, scoop the litter if it's bad and bring in the mail. But I would need you to be committed to doing that each day.

oooo! And also, Coral and I are going to karaoke at the Ambassador on Wednesday. If you wanna come, I'll spot you a drink and some of your song tip; I bet Coral'd be willing to spot you one too. (although I shouldn't commit other people, I guess.)
