Well first, you find the hole in the sock. Then you put your toes in it, and pull the sock beyond your toes and past your heel till the top fits snugly above your ankle. Repeat.

I don't think naked counts as "business casual." I'm kinda glad it doesn't--I don't wanna see my coworkers naked.
