1. Katrina came over, and in two hours we cleared a huge quantity of floor. Yesss. And we're working on things again tomorrow.

2. On Valentines' Day itself, I'm delivering Valentines by bike. The next day, I've signed up to volunteer at the Worst Day Ride. This is the job I'll be doing:

WHAT YOU GET:
You get a partial free ride and entry into the finish line party!

WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION COOL:
Cheer on riders! Maintain safety on the east bank esplanade as our riders head along the course. Alert other path users that there are bikers coming through. Bring out your inner cheerleader! This is a great position for people who like to cheer and yell.

This is a standing, shouting position.

I get a tshirt out of the deal too. Woo! So even though I can't afford to be on the ride, I still get to participate in the fun, and know I'm helping out The Community Cycling Center.
