On the twelfth day of Christmas,
aprilstarchild sent to me...

Twelve scorpios spinning
Eleven trees voting
Ten forests a-camping
Nine corsets bellydancing
Eight wizards a-knitting
Seven faeries a-tree-sitting
Six powells a-composting
Five dro-o-o-op spindles
Four striped socks
Three hub gears
Two pagan festivals
...and a love in an androgyny.
LOL!!!
Also: Finally got tired of not having enough shoes and went to Payless downtown and bought two pairs: boots with fake-fur edging and bobbles (I figure if they drive me too crazy I can cut them off), and little cute flats. They had buy one get one half off, and the second pair was on sale, and then it turns out if you work downtown you get another 10% off. So while I did spend some money, I got a pretty damn good deal. I was going to wait until I could afford some vegan Earth shoes, but that won't be for a while, and I really needed some winter-suitable shoes that I could wear on my bike (I'll have to tuck in the bobbles) and weren't falling apart!

Date: 2007-11-30 09:38 am (UTC)L-Tryptophan 2x1000mg
B-6 1x100mg
Niacinamide 5x100mg twice
Inositol 18g powder divided into 3 daily doses
kava and/or valerian and/or melatonin at bedtime
The tryptophan and inositol both affect serotonin. GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter, and is actually the means by which benzos work. B-6 and niacinamide help both the tryptophan and the GABA supplements work more effectively.
