I'm so sorry doll :( It never gets easier either, in many ways, it actually becomes harder after years go by. I say, it takes a very strong heart, to love rats.

I've met people who, after their first rats died, never went back to rats because they live such a short time. I can certainly sympathize with that more now....but dammit, I love the little things.
