My uterus is currently trying to expel all of its contents. This includes the foreign object that I intentionally had someone put there. Ow ow ow. Amusingly, this means I've been using my Hitachi Magic Wand for its intended purpose.
I had a dream last night that I was going deaf and didn't realize it. I was at an EarthenGrove ritual somewhere, and every time someone talked to me, I couldn't hear them completely, and I'd say, "What?" or "I didn't hear you," and it was starting to be upsetting, because in the dream I was convinced that people were intentionally talking too quietly for me to hear, and I got mad and walked out, and
thorongil8 was asleep on a couch but when I came in he woke up. He tried to say something to me, and of course I couldn't hear him, and then I just started crying in my dream. That's all I remember.
Sweet potato fries are yummy, and now I can make them myself. Which means I've finally started using my FryDaddy again.
Best way to shop Costco: limit yourself to what you can carry in your bare arms. This included the book form of An Inconvenient Truth.
There was another guy going into Costco, in a car like J's; it was even the same shade of orange! There was some waving involved.
Going to Costco with J seems like a very domestic thing to do. Never mind that we live together, that we grocery shop together and cook and clean for one another, that I pay him my half of the rent. No, you know it's serious when you go to Costco together. I didn't think to bring a piece of mail (I finally switched my address, and I got my first mail here earlier this week), but the next time we go I will, and we'll soon have a shared membership. Whoa.
Speaking of cars, I discovered this ad for the Honda Element about a week ago. It doesn't tell me anything about the car, but now I recognize them when I see them. I also occasionally say things like, "Why no pinch?" or "Maybe little pinch," which shows that the advertising was certainly effective.
I'm making bread! *happy dance* It's busy rising at the moment. Kneading is hard work.
I think I've seen much of the story arc of Sex and the City in tiny bits and pieces. It must drive
jenhowell crazy, because I get sucked in as I'm doing something else/walking by, and end up watching for a bit but lost on the plot. Gaaah!
