aprilstarchildThere's a potluck at work tomorrow. I kept mentioning how I was going to bring cupcakes--the copy of VegNews I got free last weekend had a recipe for yellow cupcakes and frosting. I stopped by Freddy's after work to buy cupcake paper thingies, among other things (total ADD moment: forgot two things, even though they were on my freaking list!!). I was all excited.
It did not occur to me to wonder if we had enough sugar. Duh, I'm not the only person around here who likes to make sweet things. No sugar. D'oh.
And now it's too late and I'm too tired to walk to Freddy's to score some more. Gaaah.
Oh well. I had no idea how I was going to get them to work anyhow.
