aprilstarchildI had such a good time over the weekend. The house we were staying in was dang near perfect, and had a fantastic view of the ocean.

5minutelimit and I holding a tiny airplane-serving bottle of Southern Comfort, and then randomly breaking into Janis Joplin's "Mercedes Benz." And then arguing about which section she'd have been put in, if she joined Aurora. We both thought she'd sing with our own sections.
Going through the cave in the bluff with Richard andsagcat, picking up agates and taking pictures.
Falling asleep to people playing Settlers of Catan.
Getting my ass kicked at Settlers of Catan.
Reading American Gods, sitting in a papa-san chair, watching people play Uno and, well, Settlers of Catan.
It turns out that Jagermeister and Rumplemintz is not a bad combo. I actually liked it, and I hate Jagermeister.
Everyone having to twirl their hair (and speak about themselves in the third person) while playing Kings. It's weird to see my habit mirrored all around me.
Ramen. Yummy.
Sitting with my chair in front of the sliding glass door, just watching the weather, how the light changed on the water. Better than TV, man.
I took over a hundred pictures. Get me at an ocean, and suddenly I have the urge to take a gazillion shots. That, and pictures of random things once the alcohol came out. *giggle*
I see to be having technical difficulties with the pictures right now. I'll figure it out later/eventually.
