OMG. Talk about injokes.

Actually, no. Did anyone else watch the cartoon Doug when it was still on Nickelodeon? There was a band called The Beets, and their major hit was a song with the lyrics, "Oo ee ooh, killer tofu!!"

So ruby_wings made herself some tofu for part of her dinner. My dad asked if it was Killer Tofu. She answered that it's Only Mildly Dangerous Tofu.

Hahahahaha now we're all talking about that show.

Except that I'm also reading a fanfiction that zeeohee linked to. Dammit.

The Beets are great. Someone mentioned some killer foodstuff in game awhile back and I started mumbling "Ah-ee-ooh...." and was shushed immediately by a knowing glare from mechalith.

I saw the guy who did Doug's voice at the San Diego Comic-Con in 2003 and he mentioned that Disney bought the show to move it to ABC and they hired some other guy to do his voice! Stupid Disney!
