aprilstarchildTonight will be my first night wearing my new shoes out. Not that it'll matter, as I'll be promptly putting on bowling shoes, but hey.
OMGWTF I haven't been bowling in years. This should be entertaining.
On the way home from the max there was a snake literally in my path--I would have stepped on him if I hadn't seen him. A little black one (he blended in with the pavement), less than a foot long. When I stopped short I startled him and he slithered into the grass on the side of the road. I couldn't have picked him up even if I'd wanted to, he was a fast little guy.
I like snakes. You can buy garter snakes at PetCo, and I've thought about it. I believe they eat worms. They also don't really have any teeth to speak of and don't get very big, in comparison to ball pythons, which can get unreasonably large. Also, they eat rodents, preferably freshly dead ones. Which won't work, because I like rodents too--my other thoughts for pets were gerbils or rats!
Ever held a snake? It's a neato feeling when they move, with the muscles moving. They're so smooth, too.
