Okay, I know how to get my pictures onto my computer, and how to get them onto the server (although organizing/labelling them--ah, that won't be hard).

Also, I had never seen those shots full-screen. A lot of them sucked, but that's why (in most cases) I took so damn many--eventually you just get lucky, because some of the shots I took in the park rock my socks. Woo!

I wish my camera didn't autofocus though. #$%#@!!

In any case, the shots are HUGE. Full-size, they are bigger than my monitor. That's not a problem, except even after ruthlessly deleting a bunch of them, it would take almost an hour.

So, I need to go back downhill and find the software and then install it (they recently reinstalled everything) so I can shrink them a bit.

Bleh. When will I be up here again? Oh well. They're on my camera, they're on this hard drive, they ain't going anywhere. *knock on wood*

I appreciate the offer, but emailing them to you would take just as long, I'm sure, as uploading them to darksage96's server, so I might as well do it myself.

Plus, I need to learn to use the stuff that came with my camera. I have, a little: hence my icon.

you don't need to use the camera software to change the size of a picture you can do it just in windows. I'll show you how sometime.

You should set your camera to take the pictures in a format that is not so huge that you will never want that much detail.

Yah, unless I was selling the pictures, there's no reason for them to be that big.
