No Pity Shirts
I got that link from an ADD community, actually. But the site kicks ass! It's tshirts, mostly humorous, about being disabled. No Pity is a big theme. So are goofy things, like "questions answered, stares returned," or "I'm not disabled, I'm just lazy" or "My other wheelchair is a ferrari."
Both the tshirts and the site are built with other disabilities in mind. First of all, the text is easy to read. It's also written in very plain html, so it's readable by screen readers that are used by blind people. Things like text inside of images and whatnot can't be read by blind people, who use the internet in droves--either with a braille "screen" (which, btw, make really cool if very quiet noises when you scroll), or with a screen reader that reads the text out loud. In addition, every shirt is described in great detail under the image--again, for sight-impaired people.
BTW:
dragon_mintz, they have one that says, quite simply, "FIBRO SUCKS".
Some of them could, conceivably, apply to ADD. It's tempting, if for no other reason than that I want to support the company!!
