Y'know, after getting online at 8:30 am and staying on until around 2pm, I still had 80-something posts to go on my flist. Sheesh.

I lost my cell phone on the max. I'm not happy with myself about it. For two reasons: one, Cherie will be pissed. Tyson lost his earlier this week. I called Coral as we pulled into Willow Creek max station and I grabbed my discman but apparently left the phone on the seat. When I tried to call it fifteen minutes later from Jeff's phone, it was turned off--it went straight to voice mail. I called tri-met and they weren't real optimistic. They'll call Miguel's number, in theory, if they find it or one similar. Secondly, because all my fucking phone numbers were on that damn thing!! Thank gods I had Miguel's memorized, shit.

Turns out

5minutelimit lost her phone on trimet at one point, and it's impossible to get it back. The damn lost and found is in Gresham, and it takes two or more busses to get there. Also, it's only open 9-5. I'd have to take time off of work to get it, if they ever got it.

They refuse to just look in the number lists on the phones and look for "home" and call that. Which is fucking stupid. They also turn the phone off first thing. Hello, I'm going to try to call my phone to find out where it is! Also, my parents' number is in there--if you call them, they'll tell me you have my phone. I did that when I worked at Freddy's. If someone left a phone at my register, and it rang; I answered it. It was always the owner of the phone asking where it was. If no one called, I looked in the list and called "home" or, once, their parents in California. *lol*

Miguel just got home. They found my phone. It won't even be at the lost and found for three days. Yeah, and how am I going to get the fucking thing?? GAH!!
