veganpeople, and after looking every place I went I finally found it: Vegetarian cup'o'noodles. Not health food, and I'm not fond of styrofoam, but yeay! Everyone loves vegan junk food. I bought three at the Fred Meyer on Burnside.
There was an article about Free Geek in the paper today. It occured to me that I could learn all sorts of computer stuff through them. When I have a place to put my computer I'm going to have![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
darksage96 help me put Linux on it...but it would be cool to learn how to build computers and get lots of info on Linux. So many computer geeks either learn from books or just sort of futzing around on their own--and neither of those work with my style of learning. I don't have the patience for either of those, I guess. We'll see. Gods only know I don't have enough crap already taking up my time.
Got my first paycheck today, already mostly gone. I have a bus pass now though.

Date: 2005-01-08 04:03 am (UTC)I have all the pieces of it. The only problem, the last time I checked (during the summer), was that it just doesn't boot up. I don't remember how far it goes into booting, if at all. According to my dad, it's probably my OS because it had ME (totally unstable, even according to him, and he likes Windows) and he didn't do a clean install before giving it to me. I got the tower by him just unplugging it from my mom's monitor etc and just handing it to me.
