May. 3rd, 2009 06:00 pmI'm a sick, sick person.
I mean that literally. I had a sore throat on Friday but didn't think much of it--figured it was allergies! Saw Shawn G that night--he had the same sore throat. The next morning we wake up and both feel kinda bleh. We skipped the Easy Riders ride and lay around in bed and had a nice sloooow day. We came back to my house, and I made us soup. We went to bed early with Nyquil.
This morning, he feels mostly okay and I feel like utter shit. My sinuses are stuffed up and sore, I hurt everywhere, and I have a mild fever.
So I wanted to do three things between Saturday and Sunday, and I haven't been able to do any of them. Waaah!
He made me pancakes this morning, though. They were yummy.
In other news, Shawn G got a haircut and shaved off his mustache. He seems to think I don't like it, I keep insisting that I just have to get used to it.
Good news: I was worried about my calling in sick tomorrow, what with me having no sick time, when my mom called up to say that Sprint sent something under my named to their house, and it says that I'm getting my deposit credited to my account. Yay! That's a hundred bucks towards my cell phone bill. Helpful!
ETA: That thunderstorm yesterday? Freaking awesome.
