Nov. 24th, 2006 11:00 pmLast night, we got back from my parents' house around eight. I lay down with all my clothes on and fell asleep. I woke up at ten thirty, took off everything but my socks (wearing a thong and an underwire bra to bed isn't so comfy), and went back to sleep. I woke up at seven am after having many dreams in a row involving large bodies of water, peed, and went back to sleep. I didn't wake up until nine-ish.
So, yeah, I'm all caught up on sleep. Damn, that feels good. *lol*
And I never did make my annual Thanksgiving Post, so here it is:
I'm thankful for:
My family
My friends--I should list you all by name and tell you exactly why you're so cool, but I'd be here for a week!

Good books--especially The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins and everything Neil Gaiman's ever written
Going out dancing--I only wish we did it more often!

So my mom's sister Aunt Janet (who's in her late 60's) has a tattoo on her thigh of pansies, yah? Well, tattoos are damn addictive. She has butterflies on one ankle and flowers on the other, an iris on one arm and a primrose on the other. She's planning on her calves next.
I made a dressing of sorts for salad that tastes so good that I've eaten all the salad mix in the house. Woops. One more thing to buy at New Seasons, I suppose.
