Made Rick watch Shakespeare in Love last night. It was like, drama geek porn. We kept making out during choice scenes. And talking along with the bits from the play of Romeo and Juliet. Then the two of us and Cherie were looking up the schedule for Ashland's Shakespeare festival next year. Wanna go!! I wanna be able to play the harp decently by then so I can sit on the sidewalk in my garb and busk. Yeah, I'll be able to play like two songs by then. Ha.
Then we ("we" being me and Rick and Cherie) each grabbed a beer and watched High Fidelity, which I really liked. It was really funny and just great. I want to see it again, because I'll want to quote it at random constantly, like the total geek I am.
Then when the movie was over Cherie brought out a bottle of tequila and we each had a shot (okay, Cherie had two). It was great to watch Rick, his face turned all red when the alcohol hit him, and he got this big grin. Then we, uh, went to bed. Ha. Wheee!!
Now, I'm going to get properly dressed and take a walk and do some homework and cleaning. How ....thrilling.
