My roommate just bought a fancy old sewing machine. We don't have it yet but we will soon. And trust me: a few really versatile lolita skirts are at the top of my list.

I do have a cardigan for my musical note dress, black with a collar and zipper, but it's itchy mohair so I have to wear long sleeves under it anyway.

I just need to buy a decent petticoat. It would be far easier than trying to sew real or fake ones into skirts. Plus then I could get a really poofy petti for when I wear outright lolita (not a square-dancing one though--wrong shape), and a much smaller practical one for when I wear the skirts in "normal" outfits.

I have a list of things to buy as well as make. *lol* Like this blouse (http://www.annahousefashion.com/016-1076.jpg) in off white and/or black. It would look good with lolita--either with a skirt or dress--and with normal stuff too. I think the bow at the collar is removable.

ANYWAY. Need to get over the fact that it's raining and just get on the bike. It's not going to stop if I wait. Dang.
