Maybe I should try the higher-end thrift stores--Avalon downtown, that kind of thing. Except they're at least as expensive as buying a new one.

OMG--now that I have more warm tights/socks I wear skirts biking more often even when it's cold. We'll see if I stick it out when it's 30-something and raining though. :^)
