The first thing you mentioned I will answer with --Look at it this way: you get to actually read stuff rather than find and deliver it. You get through that as treating each one as a short story in which you have to find the clues and flaws. Actually I have to check a lot of the stuff you are looking for-- I have to make sure stuff is there and correct.
