Worst Pun Ever:

What do you get when you bathe pet rats?

Rats that are SQUEAKY clean!

Okay, so that's not that funny. Pippin and Sammy didn't think it was funny either, and now I have scratch marks all over my arm.

Speaking of the ratties, Sammy has TWO mammary tumors. One on her neck, opposite where her first one was. The other, towards her back end. FUCKITY, I say. She's over two years old but is otherwise healthy that I can tell, so I guess I'll have to kiss about $200 to $300 goodbye in a bit here. *cries*

It's official: I don't even have all my clothes clean yet, and I have run out of hangers and closet space. I was all proud of myself for doing two loads of clothing, and putting all of it away (including the basket of clean laundry I've been dressing out of, mostly), but lo and behold, I ran out of hangers before I ran out of clean clothes.

Admittedly, I hang up almost everything--tshirts, all my jeans and pants. I have these hanging shelf things from Ikea, with drawers, for things like socks and leggings and tights and various undergarments and pajamas. But everything else is hung up.

The funniest part of this, is that I wear damn near all of it. I've been buying more underwear lately because I've realized I can wash the lights or the darks each week, and not both, and still have plenty to wear if I have enough underwear. And then I start to dress more fun because I put more thought into what I'm wearing, because I have fewer clean clothes available.

But I still must face the reality that I might have too many clothes. :^(

I want to end this post on an up note: I did two loads of laundry and put away as much of it as possible. I cleaned the rats' cage, gave the rats a bath, and cleaned the bathtub.
