jenhowell's frustration that among the various solutions posed, all of which are tricky to implement and would require government regulation, they didn't suggest that people, y'know, just eat less meat and dairy.
On a tangentially related subject, the Washington Post interviewed Isa Chandra, an author of two of my favorite cookbooks.
In theory, I can sleep in. Jarrod's gone to work, and I was up later than usual last night because of chorus. But noooo, I'm all awake now.
Maybe I'll take a nap later? I definitely need more sleep--I'm going out tonight to the Fez, and I have chorus retreat all this weekend. Phew.
