Odd thought o'the day:
If I move into this house, there will be three copies each of each of the Sarah Kramer cookbooks (of which there are three), and I believe Vegan with a Vengeance (written by![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
isachandra. The VWAV cookbooks are even all signed!!
Oy vey.
But I did make a spinach and strawberry salad out of La Dolce Vegan, one of the books by Ms. Kramer. OMG. So yummy. There was too much dressing (next time, less oil!), but that worked out because there was more spinach than would fit in the bowl. I've eaten it down a little and when the next batch of spinach finishes drip-drying I can tear them up and toss them in there. I'm hoping there will still be some left whenrikell42 gets home. But it's so damn good....*lol*
