We didn't use the kind I like--which is Fakin' Bacon by Lightlife. To get it truly bacon-y, you have to fry it in lots of oil until the edges are crispy. Mmmm...that and Vegenaise and you can make yourself a vegan BLT. And a yummy one, at that.
