The Aurora Chorus has a dress code for performances. We have to wear black and purple, and it has to be a very specific shade of purple--a jewel tone, like for team colors or something. Terribly unflattering for me, so I'm trying to find a variation on it that doesn't look hideous, as I'm quite pretty in the right shade of purple.
