The "working interview" where I didn't really have a chance to work, seemed to go okay. They're having one other person do that tomorrow, and then they'll make a decision. The woman who runs the clinic (who has written books and teaches and sells a brand of supplements, and is pretty dang well known) managed to freak me out a little by walking in and doing the whole "So tell me about yourself." I hate it when people ask that. WTF. Ask a specific question. She did later.

The folks at Reliable decided they liked my replacement better. I know I should be upset over losing the job, but damn, I hated it so much.

I wonder if I can get unemployment for the rest of the week, since I'm now (technically) unemployed again.

Theo is having an XKCD ride next week. He's going to dress as Cory Doctorow, and he's encouraging other people to do something XKCD-related as well.
