Feb. 15th, 2009 07:10 amRain early...then remaining cloudy with showers in the afternoon. Snow may mix in early. High 43F. Winds E at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 70%. Rainfall around a quarter of an inch.
Well, it is the Worst Day of the Year Ride. I'm going to be wearing long underwear, rain gear, and a costume.
Oh my god. I'm going to die. I'm dizzy and my throat hurts and my head hurts.
I am thankful I'm not nauseous though.
I'm truly tempted to text Lily (who is volunteering to do the same job, they have a lot of people doing it) something like "feeling too sick and tired, tell them i'm an asshole, and i'm going back to bed."
NONONONONO I need to go. I already made my coffee.
I only have to make it until a bit after noon. There's a party for the riders and volunteers after the ride. The mini-bike Winter Olympics are at two over by the Esplanade and all that, so kinda on my way home, but I think I might die before that.
The volunteer booth people are going to take one look at the stamp on my hand from the party last night, and they are going to laugh.
