Looked up movie times for Pan's Labyrinth and found out that one of the McMenamin's is showing all three Lord of the Rings movies today. Must...resist...

Rodent, from the latin word "rodere," which means "to gnaw." The defining characteristic of a rodent is that their teeth never stop growing. This means that pet rodents should have something to chew on: a safe piece of wood or wooden toy, for instance.

This also means that many of the items in our room have small holes in them--most noticeably, my pillowcase, the blanket, and the duvet cover. Jarrod has a styrofoam pillar in the closet that you lay on to stretch your shoulders, it's being destroyed!

All the stuff on the bed is old and worn anyway, so it doesn't bother us too much. With the styrofoam, I'm mostly worried about them swallowing it.

Hee, ratties. I love'em.
