(no subject)

1. I'm a tad irritated at my possible future supervisor. She did not call me to tell me whether she'd made a decision about the scheduling job, even though I left her a voicemail. This is twice now that she's said she would call me, and hasn't. She supposed to start her vacation tomorrow--I have no idea how long she'll be gone.

2. Al Gore is doing his presentation of "An Inconvenient Truth" at the Rose Garden on October 24th. Tickets go on sale on Monday. I'm going to try to convince my dad to go with me. Also, jenhowell and rikell42 and I want to inform people that they can do a lot for global warming by not eating meat--which is something that just about everyone can do to help, without having to replace all their light bulbs at once or get an expensive new hybrid car. So we might hand out leaflets or something. I'd bet money that every surface that holds still near the Rose Garden, will be covered in bicycles that night. *lol*

I highly highly recommend seeing the movie or going to the presentation here in Portland.

3. I'm wearing my short denim skirt, and a tiny tank top, and striped socks, and pigtails. I can't decide if I look super-cute, or like I'm trying to look 16. I'm wearing the skirt when I go dancing on Friday, and pigtails, but probably not striped socks. *lol*

4. I went to my parents' house to pick up some stuff. I cleaned the bathroom I used to use, while I was there. I didn't have the patience to scrub things, so I used bleach cleaner. Ugh! At one point the smell was so strong that my eyes were watering. And now my lungs are mad at me.

5. I've got all my sheet music photocopied and hole-punched before my second chorus rehearsal tomorrow. Go me!
