So my dad has an eighties station on, yeah?

They're playing a song they always play at the Fez when we go. Don't know the title.

But it made me smile.

Yeah, I'm home sick from work. I'm not nauseous anymore (thank gods) but I'm kinda sore all over and sleepy. I don't think I have a fever anymore, either--last night I was 100F. I think I can handle my current symptoms.

Which is good, because I can't miss another chorus rehearsal or I don't get to sing in the concert. Yay for singing. :^)

I think I'll be fine for work tomorrow.

Now I'm wondering WTF happened. Mild food poisoning? Where would I get that? Stomach bug of some kind? Who did I catch it from?

Who knows.

As usual, when I start to feel better post-nausea, all I can think about are foods with protein and salt in them. I sat there in rehearsal fantasizing about fake lunch meat and edamame. I have no idea if there's any actual connection or what.

Holy hell, what I wouldn't do right now for a package of St Yves "salami." I'd eat the whole damn thing.

I'm going to bed again...but I've realized, I basically slept off and on from around four or five in the afternoon until noon today. So maybe I was just insanely sleep deprived?
