I accidentally deleted the entry I was writing. *kicks self, hard* FUCK!! I'd written a lot, too.
Short version of what I wrote before:
Made Valentines at
jenhowell's yesterday. Then went to Katrina's and hung out with her and Marty and Kara and Myriad. I got dressed there pre-Noir.
There are pictures of both, they will be up tomorrow after I'm home from work.
Today I met up with Katrina and Kara and Myriad again and then we went to HOM's Brigid ritual. The trance went on for far too #$&%ing long, but other than that it was great. When it became obvious that the trance was going to go on forever and a day, I sat down and did some reiki stuff.
alicia_stardust posted a recipe by
kathlick that is as follows:
Pudding Shooters
1 pint of whipping cream (beat until fluffy/moderately stiff)
1 small box of instant chocolate pudding
6 oz. of Bailey's Irish Cream
4 oz. of Vanilla Vodka
Mix all ingredients into the whipping cream - blend completely. Put into small individual shooter sized cups. Put into the freezer until firm—but not necessarily frozen. Then store in the fridge until ready to eat.
I'm trying to figure out how to veganize it, because Damn! That sounds tasty. I know how to make vegan whipped cream. I know how to make chocolate pudding. I'm thinking because the recipe just asks for the powder, that I could make a recipe of soft-tofu-based chocolate pudding, and use soy creamer (which is sweeter and thicker than soymilk) instead of the soymilk in the pudding recipe, and call it good for the pudding and whipped cream, because it would turn out thicker and taste creamier than normal pudding.
Well...hm. What about Tofu-mates chocolate pudding mix? I've never used it, so I don't know what exactly they want you to add, other than tofu, obviously. Tofu-mates pudding mix and the ingredients for vegan whipped cream?
There's discussion on the idea of a vegan Irish Cream over
here, and it might work. So far as I know, Vanilla Vodka is already vegan.
Oh man, I want that so bad. *lol* Mmmmm....creamy chocolate alcohol goodness...
