SCORPIO (October 24- November 22). Difficult days come on Jan. 1, 2, 8, 9, 14 to 16, 22, 23, and 29 and 30. Smoother sailing comes on January 3, 4, 12, 13, 17, 18, and 26-28. Weirdly transitional times are January 7, 14, and 24.

And remember: "Difficult" can also mean "challenging, abundant with opportunity, interesting, and a risk-taker’s delight!"

The moon is in your sun sign on January 22 to 24.

Yes, I do list the days the moon is in your sun sign as both Difficult and Smooth – it’s up to you, but figure those two days basically provide a "blueprint" for the next month’s activities. People and projects that emerge then get larger play in your life over the next 28 or so days.

Mars continues moving direct in Taurus, which opposes your sun. This is actually a good thing after so many months of retrograde action and "nearly-almost" activities. Those born November 6 to 11 will have some unexpected benefits and situations "going your way" that you didn’t think you would be able to prod. You have got to make yourself available to chance and good fortune, however, because for the middle weeks of the month, Mars and Jupiter face off. Your situation is better than you think it is, but interruptions in the form of implacable personalities or situations that seem "set" could be a hurdle.

From over yonder.

Finished American Gods today. Ended up reading the last chunk in a huge rush so I could finish it during my lunch break. I may go back and reread the end because I'm positive I didn't "get" it all. There was so much there, and it was frustrating that I wasn't seeing all of it. Grrr. I have a tendency to be so "in the moment" in books that I don't notice the overarching meanings of things, or subtleties of plot. I just inhale the damn things. I'm sure I missed half of Good Omens.

Can't remember what book [livejournal.com profile] alicia_stardust and [livejournal.com profile] axiom lent me. I'm ...thirty pages into it? It takes place in 1990. I remember all the fashion etc. they're talking about. I wish I didn't. *lol*

Bought the latest Gorillaz album. After their second single from that album turned out to be one of those songs I can't get enough of, I gave in. I need to put that and OK Computer on my mp3 player, and then I will be Ms. Happy Camper.

Tomorrow night: Dancing, yay! Having ride issues, grrrr.
