To do: Take shower. Erase sheet music and alphebetize (I don't have to erase all of it--I photocopied most of it this time. Go Me). Get ready to leave.

Note to self: Don't Panic.

Wheee! Singing!!! Lalalalala!!

Holy Effin' Crap, I'm tired.

The Solstice ritual last night was quite good. Mad props to [livejournal.com profile] axiom.

There were two concerts today. I was way more nervous before the first one. I did a double-take when I saw [livejournal.com profile] attackdesire in her concert clothing!

[livejournal.com profile] 5minutelimit attended the first one. She used to sing in Aurora herself! After the concert I kept looking for her in the lobby, and when I finally gave up and went to the "green room" (the kindergarten building at Catlin Gabel), there she was! It was fun to see other singers recognize her and hug her. Lots of them asked when she was coming back. *lol*

The second concert, I had seven people in the audience! Cherie, Tyson, [livejournal.com profile] singswithtrees, my parents, [livejournal.com profile] ruby_wings, and [livejournal.com profile] sagcat sitting all by himself. I put in my contacts for that show, woot!

My poor dad. His view of me had a mike stand directly between him and my face. So, alas, there are no good pictures from my dad. He did, however, break a few rules--he's got video of our "encore" song.

The song Honolulu seems to be the universal favorite. Although after we sang Alleluia for the first show, I saw someone wiping their eyes in the front row. People like Ode to Joy too, but hearing people laugh during Honolulu just makes me grin.

After the show, I managed to find everyone and hug them all. I got flowers! [livejournal.com profile] sagcat stopped by Zupan's and bugged [livejournal.com profile] galactogogue at her place of work. Sho pretty. I likes me some gerbera daisies. They're in a vase now.

After the show my parents insisted on going to Rite Aid and buying a Christmas tree. They're putting lights on it. They've also broken tradition--so far, no argument. *lol*

Also, randomly, I now know how to say "orgasm" in American Sign Language. Yup.

In theory I will help decorate the tree. Hopefully I won't get cranky. The house smells nice though.
