Oct. 26th, 2005 06:24 amSo last night before I went to bed, I noticed my legs were sore and sorta restless. I chalked it up to breaking in new shoes, and sitting in front of my dad's computer for too long.
Three am I wake up. My whole body hurts, down to the bone, and I feel like I'm freezing cold. I spend a full hour tossing and turning before waking up enough to take two advil and fall back into bed. I still toss and turn until it kicks in.
Six am, my alarm goes off. Suddenly I'm burning hot instead, and my lower back is killing me (possibly just from moving around in bed). My temperature is apparently only 99.3, but gods only know what it was before that.
To go to work or not to work? That's the question.
I'd have to wait until 8am to call in sick, before that, phone calls to The Portland Clinic automatically go to a night doctor.
In other news, a week from today I have an eye appointment. C'mon, I want contacts already. Sheesh.
