Many-subject post!!

I really need to get to Costco and fill my Rx for Adderall XR (the MA for my doctor found a freebie offer), but the idea of going outside in this insanely hot weather, does not particularly appeal to me. I also need soymilk, but bleh.

Costco and my parents' house are distanced in such a way that it's actually faster to walk directly there, then to walk to the max, take it one stop over, and then walk to Costco. But that doesn't change the fact that it's a mile and a half walk and it's close to 90F outside.

Plus I was going to wait until I had the Rx for the short-acting stuff as well, or I'd have to make two trips anyway. So hopefully I'll get that tomorrow, because right now I only have one 10mg left. So I have to pick--do I want to be Ms. Distracted in the first or second half of work?

Aurora restarts in about a month. I was so glad to see it end in June, and now I'm mad that I have to wait a month to start singing again. I haven't been to church in like a month, so I haven't really sang at all for a while now.

Working 7 to 4 means that if I want eight hours of sleep, I have to be in bed by nine pm. Blargh.

Sallie Mae sent stuff to this address. It's so funny, they were originally sending stuff here, and then a couple of months ago I finally switched to the farm, and then I had to switch it back here. *headslap* But the last time I went to the bank I bought a money order for $150, so that should keep'em happy for a while, considering my monthly payment is $60...

You people are quiet for a Monday night.

I need to take a shower and go to bed, but Grrrr I'm not tired!! Even though I was sleepy like crazy this morning.

Blah blah blah, pointless post alert.

Work blows, and not getting to spend time with dragon_mintz because of opposite work schedules blows even more.

On the upside, my parents decided Quizno's was for dinner, and now I have lunch for work tomorrow. They even paid for it even though I brought my own money. Go them.

Restricted Section has some gawdawful fanfics. If you're going to write a fic that's got a pairing that hates each other in the book, you have to play with that dynamic a bit. Even crackfic has its limits, people--if you haven't established that some kind of relationship has begun before the fic, and you don't have them hating each other during said fic, your writing probably sucks monkeys. And for once I'm not reading Harry/Draco fics.

Gawd, this is why I normally only read fics that are reccomended to me by someone else.
