Dec. 18th, 2003 10:58 amI had all these things I was going to say and have forgotten all of them. Bleh. There was some links I was going to show you, and I've forgotten them. I got no sleep last night, really. Four disjointed hours is not very many. I would drowse off, sleep for a bit, and then wake up in a panic. I'd toss and turn and then go back to sleep, only to wake up again in a panic. I don't know what's up with that. I didn't get much sleep the night before either (the morning after ROTK). In any case, I got out of bed at six am and have been online ever since. I haven't even read that much slash, although I did read a funny interview with The Dom.
Rick made me pancakes this morning. Aw. So sweet. Then he fell asleep on the couch and snored, and it was so cute.
I have shit to do today. I think I'm going to concentrate on laundry and cleaning up a little. I need to clean my old lavender backpack, gentle cycle with not a lot of detergent should get it clean without screwing it up. I have some old crap in there. My room is The Usual Mess: books, papers, and clothes. I want to start hanging up posters but I still don't know where all my furniture is going to go. I might settle for putting hobbits on my clothes cabinet.
But I also need to go Washington Square Mall to exchange my too-small hobbit tshirt, and some grocery shopping. Yup. And maybe drop by school. All my grades are in, I officially have a 3.3 GPA for this term (pass/no pass doesn't affect GPA either way) and Ta Dah! my cumulative GPA is now above a 2.5!! It's 2.51, to be exact. Not bad, I'm proud of myself. If only I had passed math. Eh.
