Ugh. Changing one's body clock is nearly impossible, but it can be tweaked a bit. You might look into cortisol regulating supplements if you want to give something else a try. [livejournal.com profile] mckitterick has been able to adjust his sleep cycle by one or two hours with Kavinace, too.

I've taken both of these (still take Kavinace every night) and they worked well for me.
