The biggest, biggest worry I have had about working, and pretty much everything else, is how hard it is for me to get to sleep and stay asleep. If I could ever fix that, everything else would just fall into place.
Also, how long has this letter-carrying job been going on? I am not sure, but it seems like it has been close to two years? It was sometime in 2013, at least that you started? When it started, I didn't know if you were ever planning on making it a regular thing, but it looks like it has, indeed, become a regular thing.
